I would always say, have the first meet somewhere you feel safe. Just in case.
Men and women can misrepresent themselves on here ( to a greater or lesser degree). And even if they are nice and courteous, they may not be what you were hoping for.
If sparks fly there is always the next time!
When you are ready, search day use hotels, there are several booking sites available.

Definitely a public place for your first meeting,, just for safety I would say . If there’s still that spark, then the hotel room will be worth waiting for 😊

Just go somewhere where you can cuddle up and snog a bit. Intimate comfy cafe's, pub garden or even a park bench. Just go somewhere a bit public, but not under a spot light!

I’d also be very aware (think alarm bells and red flags flying) of anyone on the threads giving you advice about hotel rooms.
I would so like to post what I think but admin probably wouldn’t allow the post to get onto the threads lol.
When needed, about hotel rooms… good advice.
But as a first date choice!?!🙄😱.

If I were you I’d avoid hotel rooms for the first couple of dates.
If it actually gets that far… so tempted to put up a couple of emojis now but I shall resist lol.
Meet in a public place for coffee, a drink perhaps.
Do not agree to meeting in a hotel room, a car or any other vehicle or, basically, anything that is not in a public environment.
Safety first.
Just saying what most women are thinking.

There are a couple of sites you can use to find "day use" rooms a quick search on the interwebs will help, some airbnbs also offer this service. Some places offer early entry (12pm) so you could use it all afternoon/evening and leave at night.

Everyone is slightly different but i would encourage meeting where you are safe and avoid PDAs in areas where you could be recognised by passers by.

Don't mean to be boring, but you don't actually know who your talking to, they can say alsorts. My friend thought he was meeting a 50 year old woman, and a 18 year old girl turned up. # just saying
