Do we?
Do we get fussier with age? I personally think I've been more open minded the older I've gotten but my friend disagrees.

My preference for certain personality traits feeds in to the physical profile of the kind of person I normally find myself attracted to and connect best with. Fussy, maybe, if that’s the word for it. I just know the kind of person that will go best with me. Why look for anything less than that?

Well since you ask, I'm definitely fussier about what whiskey I choose to drink these days. It is Burn's Night this evening after all ! To all you lovely Flirt Forum folk - Slainte Mhath! Must dash as there's haggis , neeps and tatties to prepare.....

Life teaches us to be more tolerant of many aspects, but definitely less tolerant of BS.. hopefully better at detecting 🧐

We certainly develop a sense of smell if nothing else.
I don't think people relax their standards all the while they have advantage. Someone wanting tall dark and handsome is going to be firm on that all the while they can get it easily, but what you mayt find is that there's more flexibility within that basic parameter rather than nailing shut every opening.
If anything age tells you to look that bit longer and question a bit more before you make that final decision.
You also have the advantage that when you take your glasses off even keith Richards has got skin as smooth as a newborn baby, so it's win win for everyone.

I’m definitely not fussy. Just know what I want and don’t take the BS anymore.

Not fussy with age but requirements shifting to less serious to light hearted and more fun

I don't think I get fussier, but I am clearer about what I'm looking for.

What a surprise to hear that "people are people" as Depeche Mode said about 40 years ago...

We know what we want the older we get but we get more open minded so more people fit that ideal.
