Can’t have it both ways. I think being open and transparent about communications is quite important so set the ground rules out and follow them. It doesn’t mean that there won’t be ways to share things that are important or meaningful between two adults

I recently visited a bird sanctuary…. The owls were beautiful but the Harris Hawk was magnificent 🦅

It is only now, in our 2nd year, that my IE is letting go of her residual inhibitions and sex has gone from great to superb. It took a long process of building trust.
I will never understand the ONS thing. It's like trying a small spoonful of your many desserts and then, when you go back to the one you like, you find out it's gone

Even with an affair for me personally there's still got to be a connection on a mental level, that always improves the physical connection.. humour too. It all adds to finding that spark

I think I would need a bit of both. The sex can only be better if you know the person better, what they like etc.
Having said that sex with a total stranger could give you total freedom?
