No, would never tell a soul.
As soon as circumstances changes, so can loyalty.
Had an affair with a guy for a few years and neither of us told anyone - if you want to keep your affair a secret then keep it between the sheets in my opinion

To anyone feeling the urge to confide in their best mate/friend about IE ... please don't ... you will forever regret it ... keep your own secret.

I have friends I'd trust my life to BUT not this part of my life and I'm single!!! Even the closest and bestest of friends can fall out, etc ... why risk it.

The only people who know are the ones I've become friends with from here.

If you must, go out into the woods or somewhere totally isolated and shout it out into the wind and get it out of your system!!!

I haven’t told anyone but sometimes I do wish that I felt comfortable to confide in my best mates. But honestly, I’m not sure that they’d understand my need to do this. So, for now, I’m my little secret! And there’s something quite nice about that too…that is ‘life’ is all mine! I feel empowered and alive by the experience! However, if any like minded married females would like to chat about our shared experiences on IE, I’d love that too! Feel free to get in touch, if that’s possible on here?! X

No i would never risk both parties being outed and would hope the other person would feel the same. I’ve come across profiles of people who work for me and wouldn’t mention anything to them either. Privacy is critical for me as the main stay of trust in this environment

No. It’s just too much of a risk for me and no one wants to be judged for wanting to have an affair… I sometimes wish I could confide in a mate though, but can’t see that happening- unless I happen to get extraordinarily drunk first…!

I’ve met and chatted with nice people on the site though.
