Hindsight is a great thing …?

We are only human and its easy to say ‘don’t fall in love ‘ but having an affair with a deep emotional connection evokes certain feelings…..you must work at this like any other relationship and always remember your boundaries…you have a partner/family at home and they come first …HOME is the major factor…you should be able to talk about it with your IE if he/she is the right person..

You will make mistakes but hopefully reduce the casualties…😊

For me talking to each other and getting on as humans is the key thing x

I absolutely agree that communication is key. As someone who’s just been ghosted after one meeting, I feel that it doesn’t take a lot of balls to say ‘thanks, I’m not feeling it’. Ghosting and blocking someone is just rude and immature and why people think it’s ok to just click a block button rather than have an open and honest conversation is beyond me.

Don’t become dependent on the other person. They could at any point change their mind and want to shut the affair down. It hurts when they do… but it is not your fault or problem… just sometimes the hand you get dealt. So not being dependent on them allows you to not be hurt (too much) if it ends, and allows you to move on to better people out there who do want you x

Don't fall in love and trust people. People are cheating all the time and if they do that to their partner they will do it to you. Just take things with a pinch of salt. We are all bloody cheats. Some people are genuine and honest and sometimes the nicest of people are not!

Don’t let it run your life, and when things don’t go your way, turn you into a person you don’t want to be. An affair is supposed to enhance us, not turn us bitter.

You can’t expect everywoman to fancy you and that ‘elusive ‘ connection is not always present ….we can’t just wave a magic wand 🪄 and fall into lust ..🙄

Ranting and raving about it won’t help the cause …it just makes you look pathetic…
