Having an affair changed my life. The woman I started seeing earlier this year trained for marathons and got me into running.

The biggest lifestyle change for me is having sex!!! Didn’t have any in my marriage for 20 odd years so yes having sex is the big thing that changed my life

Having an affair with a married man immediately after my divorce, taught me how to compartmentalise the people in my life.
I have different friends for different reasons and different occasions.
None of them need to know everything about me.
I don't need to know all there is to know about them either.
All WE need to know is that we like the company of one another when we're together and the rest should remain something of a glorious mystery.

My IE taught me carp fishing! It was a great time and we have a lot of happy memories including one particular time in the bivvy during a thunder storm ; )

Having an affair didn’t change my life as I am still in that same situation. However having an affair did change my outlook on life and about myself. I felt needed and wanted and in return I knew those same feelings were reciprocated. At times I felt like a teenager and probably at times acted like one . Hearing that special ding on your phone when you received a message, made the feelings of butterflies in your stomach and you could hardly contain yourself not to jump up with such joy that others thought you were loosing the plot.
Sadly it ended and now I am back to my ordinary life, but for a brief moment I was alive.
