I started to play the guitar more so I could send her videos of me playing.

Another IE taught me how to knit!!! Each relationship is different and I already ran and did wild swimming 😎😊

But they both changed my life for the better because I (ironically) felt better about myself.

For me more training keen to be as fit as possible now wild swim when I can and have just started sea swimming again.
