There's a difference to feeling a thrill with a person and a thrill seeker. Thrill seekers are never satisfied no matter who they're with, they always want more and usually not from you alone.

Its a thrill granted. Do we go into these things lightly? Probably not. Why do we have affairs? What are we missing at home? Can it be changed?

I am not described as humourless and disapproving🤔
I agree we all go into this for different reasons ..if you just want a cheap thrill then there are plenty of outlets…

You're beginning to sound a wee bit po-faced.
People go into affairs/relationships for all sorts of reasons, surely 'a thrill' is the main one?

A man went into the confessional and said to his priest, 'I almost had an affair with another woman.'

The priest said, 'What do you mean, almost? The man said, 'Well, we got undressed and rubbed together, but then I stopped! The priest said, Rubbing together is the same as putting it in. You're not to see that woman again. For your penance, say five Hail Mary's and put $50 in the poor box!

The man left the confessional, said his prayers, and then walked over to the poor box. He paused for a moment and then started to leave.

The priest, who was watching, quickly ran over to him saying, 'I saw that. You didn't put any money in the poor box!

The man replied, Yeah, but I rubbed the $50 on the box, and according to you, that's the same as putting it in!

Going into an affair just for the thrill/chase isn’t the way forward…!!!!

You go into an affair with your house in order…open minded and in control of your brain …not on the rebound from any relationships/ situation you have been in …

Think about it 🤔

I must admit that the thrill of the secrecy really does heighten the experience when the relationship moves to a mutually agreed physical coupling xx
